Invincible (Silver Cover) CD Album CoverInvincible (Silver Cover) [CD Album]

'Invincible' is the eleventh album of Michael Jackson released on October 29th, 2001 in the USA through Epic Records. The cover art of this album was a simple design of just Michael's face. It was available in the standard silver edition and in four limited edition colors (red, yellow, green and blue), which were sold additionally to the standard silver colour version.

The album included guests performances by Carlos Santana, Brandy and posthumous appearances by The Notorious B.I.G. and Rod Serling. On 'Invincible', Michael Jackson expanded his vocal abilities as well as his instrumental involvement on the album, playing most of the instruments and performing much of the programming tasks in collaboration with producers Rodney Jerkins, Teddy Riley, and Dr. Freeze.

There were seven singles and videos that Sony and Jackson wanted to release from 'Invincible'. Initially, Jackson wanted to release 'Unbreakable' as the debut single from the album, partnered with a 20-minute music video. However, Sony wanted Jackson to release 'You Rock My World' instead of 'Unbreakable' due to shorter production time of the video accompanying the single.

'You Rock My World' was the only worldwide single release from 'Invincible'. Jackson had also planned to release 'The Lost Children', 'Break Of Dawn', 'Butterflies', 'Speechless', 'Cry' and 'Whatever Happens'.

All songs produced by Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins, Teddy Riley, Andraeo "Fanatic" Heard, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, R. Kelly, Dr. Freeze.

Twenty eight issues were published between January 1996 and February 2000, each magazine has nice colour glossy 36 pages in A4 format, it includes 2 big glossy colour posters.

Considered to be the largest magazine dedicated to Michael Jackson in France (by its fame, quality and availability), Black & White has also led the Captain EO Productions team to be noticed by the artist himself; Several collaborations led to the release of official objects; a collection of trading cards Panini (1996), a 'Ghosts' box set in 1997 (including the unpublished song 'On The Line'), the creation by Christophe Boulmé of the poster of 'Ghosts', the cover of the single 'Stranger In Moscow' and the poster of his concert at Madison Square Garden in 2001, and the participation in 'HIStory's booklets and the reissue of his first CD, 'Greatest Hits: HIStory, Vol. 1' (2001).

On the strength of its German and French success, the magazine team has released 4 issues of its English counterparts (HIStory Magazine).

Black & White has always had a special place for many fans. It was the only German magazine that handled the information in a correct way, without scratching the dates or facts and offering quality photos. A magazine by fans and for fans.

Not only will you learn a lot about Michael and his relationship with Sony Music, but you will also discover the extraordinary adventure of these three fans (Julien Derain, Laurent Hopman, Christophe Boulmé) who, in a few years, have become close collaborators of 'King of Pop' and how Black & White, a small magazine made by passionate became the official magazine of Michael Jackson. Their vision of his career since 'Thriller' is relevant and very detailed on some aspects. The anecdotes are numerous and the beautiful photos.
