Michael JacksonAnti-Semitism Could Cost Jackson. 31-01-'06

Pop superstar Michael Jackson's lawyer fears alleged anti-Semitics comments the singer made in taped voicemail messages could damage his child custody battle with ex-wife Debbie Rowe.

Jackson is reportedly heard calling Jews "leeches" in messages he left for a former advisor. Critics also accuse him of singing, "Jew me, sue me, everybody do me, kick me, kike me," in the track 'They Don't Care About Us'.

The accusations have already caused Jackson massive embarrassment and cost him the friendship of spoon-bender Uri Gellar.

Now his Jewish lawyer Michael Abrams fears it may cost him custody of Prince Michael, eight, and Paris, seven, his children with Rowe - in a forthcoming hearing in front of private arbitrator, retired judge Stephen Lachs.

According to website TMZ.com, Abrams wrote in secret court documents that the comments may work against him.

In previous documents, Abrams reportedly wrote, "Judge Lachs is Jewish, as am I. He has made me aware of this in the past and I understand Judge Lachs' concern about anti-Semitism."

Hamburg AirportMichael Jackson Leaves Hamburg. 31-01-'06

Michael and his children left Hamburg yesterday (January 30) morning.

Unable to go out because of the fans & reporters in front of the house, Michael, Anton, Grace & the kids leave Hamburg and fly to Venice. Before he entered the car, he stopped shortly to wave to the fans.

They land in Marco Polo airport and travel to Florence where they check in Weistein Excelsior Hotel.

While at the airport, a fan had his hat taken so that Michael could sign it. But it seems that Blanket, who was there, admired the hat so much that he was allowed to keep it! Michael then took Blanket's T-shirt signed it and gave that to the fan instead! The shirt read "Blankets T-Shirt love Michael Jackson."

Michael Jackson Spotted In Robe And Veil. 25-01-'06

Pop star Michael Jackson took a shopping trip to a Bahrain mall, covering himself in a black abaya robe traditionally worn by Bahraini women and a veil hiding his face, along with three children — apparently his — with their faces covered with dark scarves.

Jackson, who seems to be settling in the Persian Gulf, was seen leaving Marina Mall in the Bahrain capital, holding a child by the hand. On the way out through a back door, he shook hands with security guards.

He was wearing an abaya, a robe with long sleeves, under which his pants, white shirt and men's shoes could be seen, and his head and face were wrapped in a black veil. He had black gloves on his hands.

The veil, abaya and gloves were of a style typically worn by conservative Bahraini women, though Jackson appeared to be wearing them to hide his identity.

With him was woman — also in an abaya and jeans and a scarf over her head that partially covered her face — who had the two other children. All three children's faces were wrapped in black scarves, and they wore yellow shirts and sweatpants or khakis without robes. The woman's identity was not known.

The woman asked photographers to respect their privacy saying they are scaring the children, as the five left in a White Lexus Infinity with darkened glass.

Neverland’s Veterinarian Dr Martin Dinnes Reveals That Lawsuit Over Unpaid Bills Has Been Settled.

Dr Martin DinnesAs reported two weeks ago, Michael Jackson was sued by veterinarian Dr. Martin Dinnes concerning unpaid wages for his work at Neverland Valley Ranch, the suit has now since been settled.

"The animals are fine. Our dispute is all settled," Dinnes told the Santa Barbara News-Press. The Doctor also responded to an investigation into the welfare of animals at the ranch by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The investigation followed a complaint by the group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) following tabloid reports the animals were being mistreated. "Attacking the health and welfare of those animals is a direct attack on me, and my credentials are impeccable," said Dinnes. "We really have nothing to hide. Our doors are open, to the right people. You could eat off the ground on that property."

The veterinarian wanted to clarify that the lawsuit was nothing personal against Michael, and that he's glad that it has been settled. "Michael and I are very close," he said. "We've been close for 20 years. My dispute was not with Michael. It was with his business people. Through everything that Michael went through, their mind wasn't on a lot of things. I've been there with him before, through times when I failed to get a check on time, but they never, ever stuck me, and I was assured they never would again. Something triggered me to file, but it's all settled."

Judge Wants More Evidence In Jackson Child Molestation Claims. 19-01-'06

Eldon Fallon
Federal Judge Eldon Fallon.

A New Orleans, Louisiana, judge is stalling his decision on whether there's any merit in new child molestation allegations against Michael Jackson while he awaits more information.

Federal Judge Eldon Fallon is considering a motion from Jackson's attorney Charles Gay Jr to dismiss Louisiana man Joseph Bartucci Jr's suit, claiming he was abused by the star 20 years ago.

Bartucci claims Jackson molested him, held him at gunpoint and battered him, among other serious allegations.

The accuser claims he recalled incidents from his youth after watching a TV show about the child molestation charges brought against Jackson in 2004.

Judge Fallon has asked Bartucci's attorney, Louis Koerner, to depose Dr Mulry Tetlow, a psychologist who agrees that his client had repressed the memory.

The judge says, "I want to look at what he says about repressed memory."

AAJ HoldingsJackson's New Job With AAJ Holdings. 18-01-'06

Michael Jackson seems to be settling in to the Persian Gulf. He has shopped for real estate here, been spotted in glitzy malls — and now it appears that Jackson is interviewing for a job.

The singer, his reputation in tatters at home after winning a gruelling child molestation trial in California last year, is negotiating a position as a consultant with a Bahrain-based company that plans to set up theme parks and music academies in the Middle East, according to a press release.

AAJ Holdings Ltd., owned by Bahraini businessman Ahmed Abu Bakr Janahi, said it wanted to hire the 47-year-old Jackson to give advice on setting up entertainment businesses.

AAJ, which focuses mainly on urban development projects, played a key role in designing Bahrain's ongoing Financial Harbor development and Oman's Blue City, a multibillion-dollar tourist resort with golf courses, hotels, and several dozen miles of sandy beaches.

According to the statement, Janahi believes Jackson could play an important role in the company.

"Stagnant architectural structures need content in the form of entertainment to revive them and that's where Michael Jackson will play an integral role," the statement said.

Jackson's publicist, Raymone K. Bain, could not be reached for comment Monday (January 16).

Jackson is reported to be in the midst of building a home in Bahrain, an island nation in the Persian Gulf linked to Saudi Arabia by a bridge.

In his last known visit to Dubai in November (05), Jackson was seen checking out some of the world's priciest real estate developments. His host at the time, Emirates champion rally driver Mohammed bin Sulayem, said Jackson was considering buying property here.

News reports out of Manama, the Bahraini capital, have quoted Jackson's publicist as saying the pop star is in the process of finalizing his Hurricane Katrina relief song, which will be released on Bahraini label 2 Seas Records.

The label belongs to Sheik Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, a regional governor and the Bahraini king's son, who is reportedly spearheading the project.

Recording artists Keisha Cole, Ciara, Snoop Dogg, Babyface and R Kelly are among those taking part in the song, 'I Have This Dream', reports stated.

Since his June (05) acquittal on child molestation charges, Jackson has made several trips to Bahrain as a guest of Al Khalifa.

Michael Jackson is being sued for allegedly not paying his vet bills.

Californian vet Martin Dinnes, owner of Dinnes Memorial Veterinary Hospital, insists the animal-loving singer owes him $91,602.

Dinnes helped Jackson build up his impressive menagerie at Neverland, which includes giraffes, elephants, orangutans and flamingoes.
