Wade RobsonJustice Orders Wade Robson To Pay Estate Of Michael Jackson. 18-11-'21

Choreographer who accuses Michael Jackson of sexual abuse loses case and is forced to pay court fees.

After losing the lawsuit he had filed since 2013 against Michael Jackson's companies, federal judge Mark Young issued this Thursday that Wade Robson must cover the court costs of his lawsuit and reimburse the Michael Jackson Estate $75,426.93, $7,332 more than was ordered in 2018.

The Estate was seeking damages of $112,960, but the judge decided to waive Robson's IME (Independent Medical Examination) fee.

Also remember that Robson has a contingency contract with his lawyers, and they can cover the expenses. How they proceed in these cases is uncertain, but they assume that their clients don't spend a penny on their lawsuits and would only get their share if they won the lawsuit or reached an out-of-court settlement.

Anyway, Wade Robson sued for profit and went out of his way.

HBOEstate vs. HBO: Arbitrator Of The Case Is Finally Chosen. 18-11-'21

HBO may have to indemnify the Michael Jackson Estate by as much as $100 million.

The Michael Jackson Estate lawsuit against HBO took another step in the last week. The 'King of Pop's administrators accuse the station of defamation in the documentary 'Leaving Neverland'.

The case has been in the US court since even before the 'documentary' was released by HBO, and in May, federal judge George Wu had already signaled favoring the prosecution. Now, the lower court has granted the Estate's request to take the dispute to arbitration, as provided for in the contract leading to the choice of Terry B. Friedman as arbitrator in the case.

Friedman recently ruled in Bruce Willis's favor in a case against producer Benaroya Pictures after a "flood of false statements lasted eight months." Friedman, as an arbitrator, concluded that the company and Benaroya broke an $8 million contract for Willis to star in the feature film 'Wake'.

It remains to be seen whether it will be a public or private process; remember that the Estate fights for PUBLIC arbitration, and HBO continues to try to avoid it. If the judgment rules in favor of the prosecution, the company may have to indemnify the Michael Jackson Estate by as much as $100 million.

Kew Media Group

'Leaving Neverland' Distributor Goes Bankrupt. 18-11-'21

Kew Media Group, the distributor that took the documentary of 'Leaving Neverland' to every platform in the world, went bankrupt and was dissolved for default. The court admitted a $113 million class action against the entire council for gross misconduct, falsifying financial documents and more.

The Kew Media Group still owes more than $13 million, including $704,000 to Dan Reed's producer Amos Pictures for the international distribution of 'Leaving Neverland.'

And there's more. Kew Media also continues to owe $304,320 to the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, which presents the Emmy Awards for "award" for 'Leaving Neverland'.

Note: The company that bought the rights to 'Leaving Neverland' after the bankruptcy of Kew Media Group was Quiver Entertainment. One of the owners is Jeff Sackman, accused of covering up Harvey Weinstein's crimes.

Michael Jackson May Be The Only Human Ever To Go 2 Months Without Real Sleep. 14-11-'21

Michael JacksonMichael Jackson, the 'King of Pop', is still regarded as one of the most influential figures of the 20th century. At only five years old he set the world on fire with the group Jackson 5. From then on, he was destined to be in the spotlight. Best known for songs like 'Thriller', 'Billie Jean', and 'Bad', he definitely made his mark on the music industry.

However, in 2009, Jackson suffered from insomnia and turned to his personal physician, former cardiologist Conrad Murray for help. It led to the singer likely setting a new type of record; Jackson went nearly two months without real sleep and unfortunately, this contributed to his death. Charles Czeisler believes it should never have happened.

Czeisler is an American physician and sleep researcher who's earned many awards and accolades throughout his career. He attended Harvard College in 1974, reports CNN, where he received his Ph.D. in both neuro and bio-behavioral science. He also received an M.D. from Stanford University.

It was proven that Murray had prescribed Propofol to Jackson two months before his death. This drug disrupts the normal sleep cycle so that a person does not enter REM sleep. However, the person taking it will feel as though they were sleeping peacefully, so they wake feeling refreshed, a fact Czeisler discussed during the trial, reports CNN.

After reviewing emails, Czeisler said that Jackson's symptoms would be expected for someone with sleep deprivation. He further expressed that lab rats would die after just five weeks of no REM sleep. Therefore, it was never tried on humans long-term, yet Jackson did it for 60 nights before Murray tried to wean him off.

The emails detailed how Jackson couldn't do standard dances or remember words to his songs. They highlight how he was paranoid; talking to himself, hearing voices, and experiencing rapid weight loss. All could be explained as side effects of sleep deprivation.

"Like a computer, the brain has to go offline to maintain cells that we keep for life since we don't make more," Czeisler said. "Sleep is the repair and maintenance of the brain cells." When Jackson didn't get true REM sleep, his brain wasn't being repaired well enough to keep him going.

Jackson died on June 25, 2009, at the age of 51, while preparing for his comeback concert tour, This Is It. The cause of death was a cardiac arrest triggered by an overdose of Propofol.

Number Ones (Off The Wall) CD Album Cover'Number Ones' Album Among The UK's Best Sellers. 14-11-'21

Driven by the Halloween effect that took 'Thriller' to the top of the charts, 'Number Ones', the 'King of Pop' compilation returned to the Official UK Charts Top 20 this week.

One of the UK's most popular albums 520 weeks ago, or exactly 10 years ago, 'Number Ones' has sold over 2.5 million copies in Queen's Land and 15 million worldwide!

Jackson is just the second solo musician in U.K. history to see one of their releases spend a decade on the albums chart. He joined Meat Loaf in this showing, and they are alone in this incredible accomplishment. Something that separates the two in their wins is that while Jackson's title is a greatest hits compilation, Meat Loaf's 'Bat Out Of Hell' is a traditional album of new material. That set has thus far appeared on the chart for 522 weeks.

Released on November 18th, 2003 in the USA, 'Number Ones' features at least 18 songs from across many years of Jackson's impressive career. The track list includes such beloved smashes as 'Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough', 'Billie Jean', 'Beat It', 'Smooth Criminal' and 'Thriller', to name just a few. The compilation worked its way to No. 1 in the U.K., and it is one of his 10 chart-toppers in the country.

Uri GellerUri Geller Museum Opens With Michael Jackson Items. 11-11-'21

Uri Geller just opened a museum in Tel Aviv, Israel.

While the museum is a big personal collection from Geller, it includes Two thousand twisted pieces of cutlery adorn a 1976 Cadillac, and more than 200 items on exhibit—from Pablo Picasso's easel and Harry Houdini's handcuffs to boxing gloves signed by Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) and Gary Cooper's script-holder from 'High Noon'.

"Ninety percent of the items you see here were gifts from people throughout my career," says Geller, "About 5 percent of the items I bought in Sotheby and Christie auctions because they were connected to me in some way. Most of the rest I bought in shops."

Invincible DrawingThe museum also houses some of Geller's own works of art. Such as the drawings he did for Michael Jackson's 'Invincible' album, a signed jacket by the 'King of Pop' and few other memorabilia.

The Exhibition also includes paintings from Bubbles that he purchased in auctions.

Geller receives a mix feeling from the fans as he is responsible for introducing Martin Bashir to Michael which concluded with the 2005 trial due to Bashir's manipulation on his documentary 'Living With Michael Jackson'.

He was also the man organising weird 'King of Pop's visits such as at The Oxford Union, with David Blaine at The House of Commons, and the Exeter Football club…

While Geller publicly defends Michael Jackson, asking ITV to investigate Bashir and how he regrets to have introduced the two men, he also sold many other stories to the press and tabloids.

So if you are in town, and if you think it is worth seeing, all information are here.

Thriller Single CoverJackson has now placed a solo song in the Hot 100s top 20 in six consecutive decades.

Reflecting the spooky season's soundtrack, four Halloween classics re-enter the Billboard Hot 100 chart (dated Nov. 13).

Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' returns to the Hot 100 at No. 19, marking its highest placement since its original chart run in 1984, when it peaked at No. 4. The song tallied 12.9 million U.S. streams (up 109%), 8.2 million radio airplay audience impressions (up 275%) and 6,300 downloads sold (up 71%) in the Oct. 29-Nov. 4 tracking week, according to MRC Data.

Notably, Jackson has now placed a solo song in the Hot 100s top 20 in the 1970s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, 10s and 20s. (As a Jackson 5 member, he also ranked in the top 20 in the 60s thanks to the group's debut hit 'I Want You Back', which reached the region in December 1969 on its way to No. 1 the following month).

Jackson sent six songs into the Hot 100s top 20 in the 70s; 17 in the 80s; seven in the 90s; and two each in the 00s and 10s.
