He’ll reveal the forces and experiences that shaped their unique personalities – from childhood traumas and family life to relationships and their music careers, this will be a complete picture of the private men behind the public masks.

Inside The Mind: Michael Jackson' DocumentaryNetflix is at it again with new documentary “Inside the Mind: Michael Jackson.

Black or white? Man or Child? Extrovert or Introvert? Gay or straight? Michael Jackson is a man who leaves so many questions unanswered; his baffling choice of decisions from relationships, marriages, children, spending and drug dependency. So who was this man, and why did he operate in such strange ways with such bizarre consequences? His story is one of the great riddles of popular culture.

In this programme psychiatrist Dr Bob Johnson, will unpick a childhood of abuse, being one of many children, incredible early superstardom, untold riches, accusation and exile, to stitch together the man behind the mask of plastic surgery, misinformation and mystery. What led this man to behave the way he did with children and did he realise how that would lead to his own self-destruction? Did his childhood (and adulthood) as a global star where boundaries never existed, make him believe he was untouchable, or delude him that his own moral compass was in fact right? How did his experiences of childhood shape his own disturbed reality? We go inside the complex and controversial mind of Michael Jackson.

Despite having interviews with some of Michael Jackson collaborators and friends, it seems that this documentary is also based on pure speculations from director Zoran Trajkovic.

When The Sheikh Met The King Book CoverReview: 'When The Sheikh Met The King' Book Will Be Released. 04-10-'21

A new book written by Motez Bishara will be released on January 11th, 2022 counting Michael Jackson time in Bahrain and the Middle East back in 2005.

June 29, 2005 marked the start of one of the most outlandish times in the history of popular music. That was the day when Michael Jackson moved to the small Arabian island of Bahrain to forge a new life far from his troubles at Neverland.

Two weeks earlier, Jackson had been acquitted in a lengthy child molestation trial in California that took a visible toll on his well-being. Now he was breathing new life on palatial Middle Eastern grounds, courtesy of the son of Bahrain's king, Sheikh Abdulla Bin Hamad Al-Khalifa -- an avid fan of Jackson's with a passion for songwriting.

For the next 11 months, Bahrain would be the superstar's refuge as he prepared for a collaborative comeback album with the sheikh. While Jackson did some recording – now some of his most sought-after rarities -- he spent much of that time clinging to medication and spiraling into depression as his financial solvency hung in the balance.

This oral history recounts the legend's secretive stay in the kingdom through the voices of key insiders who worked closely with him that year. They make a strong case that Jackson would still be alive today had he remained in seclusion on the island rather than return to the United States, where pressure mounted on him to perform again.

Jackson's time in the Gulf is the one period of his life that has remained a mystery – until now. The remarkable events that took place that year – marked by first-hand experiences recounted with the 'King of Pop' – are preserved on these pages and shared for the first time.

Motown A Symphony Of Soul CD Album CoverMotown 'A Symphony Of Soul' With Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. 06-10-'21

Motown/Island Records/UMC have announced the November 19 release of A Symphony of Soul, a new album featuring tracks from the storied Motown catalog reimagined with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.

The album was recorded with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Mark Knopfler’s British Grove Studios in west London. 'A Symphony Of Soul' complements the musicality of the songs with an orchestral backdrop set against the original vocal stems and parts, typically recorded on a mere four tracks compared to the almost limitless number available in modern recording. The treatments thus add a new layer to these timeless songs while remaining faithful to the beauty of the originals.

The 11 tracks album will feature one of the Jackson 5 song 'I'll Be There'.

The album will be available on CD and vinyl and special gold vinyl.

Before The Cursed Child, Michael Wanted To Stage A Harry Potter Musical. 06-10-'21

Harry Potter And The Cursed ChildThe Harry Potter franchise has branched into many forms of media, and one pop icon even wanted to turn it into a musical: Michael Jackson.

Ever since the first installment hit shelves back in 1997, the Harry Potter franchise has been a staple of pop culture. The book series, which follows the titular character as he learns magic at a boarding school for witches and wizards, has spawned many adaptations, spin-offs and theme park attractions. However, there are still a few mediums that the series has yet to tackle. One such medium is the stage musical. While there have been multiple fan-made musicals in the past based on the character, there has yet to be an official music-based play within the growing catalog of Harry Potter media.

As it turns out, there was one celebrity that did have his eye on turning the book series into a musical. During a 2010 interview with Oprah, J.K. Rowling revealed an interesting piece of trivia. After being asked if she was ever reluctant to "increase the empire," the author mentioned that she was once approached by Michael Jackson, who presented her with a rather unusual pitch.

He wanted to develop a musical based on the adventures of Harry Potter. However, she ultimately turned the pitch down, citing her carefulness about saying yes to things, and how she agreed to certain projects, such as 'The Wizarding World of Harry Potter' at Universal Studios, because she knew they would turn out "incredible."

While there are no other details about this hypothetical stage play beyond this interview, it does leave fans to wonder what a musical based around Harry Potter would have been like, especially with Michael Jackson at the helm. Such an undertaking likely could have found plenty of financial success, especially since both the franchise and the music artist were popular, but there could have been many good reasons to be wary of the idea.

For instance, the concept of turning such a popular franchise into a musical could have ended in disaster no matter who was attached to it. It's not an easy task to turn seven books into one feature-length musical without entirely changing the source material. There was also the fact that, despite being one of the most iconic musicians of all time, Michael Jackson did not have prior experience with stage musicals. This is not to say that he couldn't have done a good job with it, but it certainly would've made it harder to pull off. Whether or not this might've influenced the quality of the product, unfortunately, will never be known, but it is interesting to think about what could have been.

Glen BallardGlen Ballard Shares His Memories Of Michael Jackson. 04-10-'21

In a recent interview, Glen Ballard shared stories and memories about the 'King of Pop' while he is in London promoting the musical 'Back To The Future'.

Michael Jackson collaborator Glen Ballard famously worked on the 'King of Pop's studio albums 'Thriller', 'Bad' and 'Dangerous', most notably co-writing 'Man In The Mirror. And now the lyricist and record producer has shared his studio memories of the late star. It all began when Glen was given his big break on 'Thriller' by Quincy Jones and Rod Temperton.

"I did work on 'Thriller'. I wrote a song for 'Thriller' that didn't make the album and actually Michael and I did a little demo of it in the studio at Westlake.

"And the next week Michael Jackson came in with two new songs. One was called 'Billie Jean' and the other was called 'Beat It'.

"So they knocked my little song right off the record. But, you know, I never complained because the two songs that knocked it off were so much better!"

Nevertheless, Glen stuck around for Michael Jackson's 1987 album 'Bad' and was fortunate to get a Billboard No 1 hit with 'Man In The Mirror'.

The 68-year-old said: "It's one of the great weeks of my life to have Michael and the choir and we all felt something special was happening on that record.

"I was just lucky to have been there and to have worked with Quincy. I worked as a staff producer with him for three years.

"I was working with the greatest musicians, the greatest singers, the best studios. It was like a dream come true for me."

Glen added: "I don't think I slept for about a decade because I was so happy to be working you know."

On being with Michael in the studio, he shared: "Michael was so generous with his time and with his patience.

"Making records in the eighties was much more difficult. To get enough tracks we had to do all kinds of things to make it like a modern thing where you had unlimited tracks.

"Michael was always patient. He was just a sweet presence always and always encouraging."

And then on working on 1991's 'Dangerous', Glen said: "We wrote a song called 'Keep The Faith' and I sat at the piano and Siedah Garrett was there with me and Michael.

"We spent half the time laughing and having fun and just trying to find the easy end for the song.

"It was never like a gun to your head, it was just fun. That's the Quincy Jones way. We've got to have fun while we'll working."

Neverland Ranch"Neverland Is In Good Hands". 02-10-'21

Few days ago, Taj Jackson sat down for a fan virtual interview with Pablo Rodríguez Lago from Spain.

In the interview Pablo asked about Neverland Ranch and surprisingly Taj responded:

"I am not allowed to say what's going on [with Neverland]. I know something because I know something. I truly believe that Neverland is in good hands with someone who honours Michael. I always thought it would be part of our family and the the kids will grow older and all that stuff and it was hard for me to see it on the market, it felt like we were selling a part of Michael but when you find out it is in good hands, it makes you feel so much better that knowing that someone will honour and respect him […]"

Ron Burkle bought the famous home of Michael Jackson last December and fans have been worried about the future of the property. Renovation works also took place last March and made fans speculate about the future of the property. Burkle also spoke about Neverland in July but failed to say his plans for the ranch.

While Taj's comment on Neverland is reassuring, it will also fuel the imagination of the fans on the future of the property.

In the interview of 1 hour and 43 minutes, Taj also talk about his long-coming documentary, his family, the media…

It's really gratifying and really heartwarming to see that they have that much love and respect for him," he added.

Michael Jackson's Final Accuser Case Dismissed By LA Court, 'Leaving Neverland' Doc Now Based On Nothing. 01-10-'21

James SafechuckMichael Jackson is moonwalking in heaven today.

The final case against him has been dismissed by a Los Angeles judge.

James Safechuck, one of two men who leveled absurd child molestation allegations against Jackson in the 'Leaving Neverland' documentary, has had his case chucked from court. His lawyer was supposed to file an appeal to his last court loss and never did.

Safechuck and Wade Robson each participated in the HBO documentary, 'Leaving Neverland', in which they made unfounded and unsubstantiated claims against Jackson. The filmmaker never gave anyone a chance to respond nor did he present any other side to the stories.

Jackson's Estate is currently suing HBO and the case has gone to arbitration.

In the meantime, both Robson and Safechuck's cases, filed 7 years ago, have been thrown out of court.

The case brought by Safechuck was dismissed on demurrer almost a year ago on October 21st, 2020. He had nearly a year to file an appeal and chose not to. He can still appeal this dismissal of.

Judge Mark Young wrote, explaining demurrers: When considering demurrers, courts "are required to construe the complaint liberally to determine whether a cause of action has been stated, given the assumed truth of the facts pleaded."

You can read the Judge's complete finding here. But he didn't buy that Safechuck, as a child, worked for Michael Jackson or his companies, and that Jackson failed "to warn, train, or educate" him. Safechuck's case, like that of his pal Wade Robson, was concocted to get money from the Jackson estate because Michael– who died suddenly– failed to leave them anything in a will.

The judge wrote that: "Plaintiff [Safechuck] alleged that Jackson was "hired" by Defendants to coach, teach, and mentor minors interested in the entertainment industry. Setting aside Plaintiff's allegation that Jackson was the President of both Defendants, Plaintiff has failed to allege specific facts detailing what such mentorship looked like (or was supposed to look like) from 1988 through 1992."

Safechuck's lawyer, Vince Finaldi, told TMZ, the day after losing the case that he would file an appeal immediately."We are going back to court of appeal and we are going to win this thing." Notes Twitter account @MJJRepository, which has done incredible work keeping track of these cases: "More than 11 months later—with four months of extensions granted—he failed to submit even an opening brief, as required to proceed."

Another one bites the dust.
