The Jacksons finally returned on British soil in 1977 after an absence of almost five years, since their last visit in 1972.

The Jacksons were in the UK to play in front of the HM Queen Elizabeth II at the Royal Show in Glasgow, Scotland. The show was recorded on May 17th, 1977 and aired on ITV Network on May 22nd, 1977.

It seemed the Queen had taken a shine to The Jacksons performance.
